01Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies when you download or use our games and applications, visit our websites, use our web applications, contact us, or interact with our advertisements, promotions, surveys, or social-media pages (collectively, the “Services”). It does not cover job applicants, employees, contractors, or business contacts where a separate notice applies.
For applicable data-protection laws, DevSoft Studio is generally the controller or business responsible for the personal data described here. App stores, advertising networks, analytics providers, social networks, and payment providers may independently process information under their own privacy policies.
02Scope
This Policy applies only to Services that link to it. A Service may provide an additional privacy notice; if it conflicts with this Policy, the Service-specific notice applies.
Personal data means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an individual or household. It may also be called “personal information.”
Use of our Services is also governed by our Terms of Service.
03Personal Data We Collect
The exact data depends on the Service, its features, your settings and choices, and the third-party services integrated into it.
Data you provide
- Contact and support data: name, email, support messages, attachments, and information you provide.
- Account and profile data: username, screen name, avatar, account identifier, age or age range, region, and login information, where available.
- Gameplay and activity data: progress, scores, achievements, levels, virtual items, preferences, teams, competitions, and interactions.
- User content: text, images, files, feedback, survey responses, or other submitted content where supported.
- Transaction information: product identifiers, purchase status, transaction ID, currency, price, and purchase history. App stores or payment providers process payments; we do not normally receive full payment-card or bank details.
- Preferences and parental data: consent choices, notification settings, communications, and limited age or guardian information where required.
Data collected automatically
- Device model, operating system, language, time zone, screen size, browser, app version, carrier, and connection type.
- IP address, app-instance or installation ID, vendor/device ID, advertising ID where permitted, and similar identifiers.
- Sessions, timestamps, clicks, screens, feature use, level outcomes, game-economy events, engagement, and referring pages.
- Crash reports, errors, loading times, latency, frame rate, memory use, and diagnostics.
- Country, region, or city inferred from IP address or settings. We do not collect precise GPS location unless a feature clearly requests it.
- Ad impressions, clicks, installs, campaign source, conversions, frequency, and interactions.
- Cookie IDs, pixels, local storage, SDKs, tags, and similar technologies.
Data from third parties
We may receive information from app stores, connected accounts, advertising and analytics partners, attribution and anti-fraud providers, hosting and support providers, payment processors, public sources, business partners, or participants in a corporate transaction. Connected-account data depends on the provider, permissions, and your settings.
04How We Use Personal Data
- Provide, operate, maintain, and personalize the Services.
- Manage accounts, progress, purchases, social features, competitions, and leaderboards.
- Authenticate users, deliver content, provide support, and respond to requests.
- Send service messages, security alerts, updates, and push notifications.
- Analyze use, measure performance, fix bugs, conduct research, and improve products.
- Deliver and measure advertising, including personalized ads where permitted and consented to.
- Attribute installs and conversions and prevent fraud, cheating, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, defend legal claims, and complete corporate transactions.
We do not use personal data for materially different purposes without notice or consent where required.
05Legal Bases
Where EEA, UK, Swiss, or similar law requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- Contract: providing requested Services, accounts, progress, purchases, and support.
- Legitimate interests: securing, analyzing, maintaining, marketing, and improving Services and preventing fraud, provided your rights do not override those interests.
- Consent: personalized advertising, non-essential cookies or SDKs, marketing, or other processing where consent is required. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting, consumer-protection, law-enforcement, and other requirements.
- Vital or public interests: limited circumstances permitted by law.
06Advertising, Analytics & SDKs
Some Services are advertising-supported. Depending on the Service, region, age, settings, and consent, partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app activity, ad interactions, and diagnostics to provide and limit ads, personalize ads where allowed, measure performance and attribution, detect fraud, and provide analytics.
Personalized advertising is disabled or limited where required by law, platform rules, age-related requirements, or your choices. You may still receive contextual ads after declining personalized ads.
Not every provider is used in every Service. Current app-store disclosures, consent interfaces, or in-app settings provide Service-specific information. Providers may act as processors, service providers, or independent controllers.
08How We Disclose Data
We may disclose data to service providers; advertising and attribution partners; app stores and platforms; other users when you make information public; professional advisers; lawful authorities; corporate-transaction participants; and other parties at your direction or with your consent.
We contractually require service providers to process data only for authorized purposes with appropriate safeguards. Government requests must be valid and lawful.
09Sale, Sharing & Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal data for money. Some laws may treat disclosures to advertising partners for personalized or cross-context behavioral advertising as a “sale” or “sharing.”
Where applicable, you may opt out using an in-app consent setting, website privacy control, recognized opt-out signal, device privacy settings, or by emailing ceo@devsoftstudio.com. We do not knowingly sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising personal data of users under 16 without legally required authorization.
10Your Choices
Depending on your device and Service, you may manage tracking permissions, reset or limit your advertising identifier, manage Apple or Google advertising settings, reject non-essential cookies, disconnect social accounts, disable push notifications, unsubscribe from marketing, or submit a privacy request.
11Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and legal exceptions, you may have rights to access, know, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of data; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; appeal a refusal; and receive equal service without discrimination.
Email ceo@devsoftstudio.com with the subject Privacy Request and identify the relevant Service. Do not send identity documents unless requested. We may request information reasonably needed to verify identity, locate data, prevent fraud, or verify an authorized agent. We respond within the legally required period.
To appeal a decision, reply with the subject Privacy Appeal. You may complain to your local authority: EEA authorities, the UK ICO, or the Swiss FDPIC.
California and other U.S. states
Residents of California and certain other states may have rights to know, correct, delete, obtain a copy, and opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling. Categories collected during the preceding 12 months may include identifiers; customer-record and commercial information; internet activity; approximate geolocation; submitted audio, visual, or similar data; professional information in business communications; and inferences. We collect these from Section 3 sources, use them for Section 4 purposes, and disclose them to Section 8 recipients.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. We do not offer financial incentives for personal information unless separate terms and legally required notice are provided.
12Children's Privacy
Unless a Service clearly states otherwise, our Services are general-audience and not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect a child's personal data without notice and verifiable parental consent required by law. Where the minimum age for valid consent is higher, we apply that threshold.
If we learn that a child's data was collected unlawfully, we will reasonably delete it or obtain appropriate parental consent. A parent or guardian should email ceo@devsoftstudio.com and identify the Service.
For known child users, we limit collection and features as required, avoid personalized advertising where prohibited, and apply age-appropriate protections. A child-directed Service will include any additional child-specific notice and parental controls required by law.
13International Transfers
DevSoft Studio is based in Pakistan. We and our providers may process data in Pakistan, the United States, the EEA, the UK, and other countries where providers operate. Their laws may differ from those in your country.
Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions, approved Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, and supplementary technical or organizational measures. Contact us for relevant safeguard information.
14Data Retention
We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary to provide Services, maintain security, satisfy legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Duration depends on type, purpose, sensitivity, volume, risk, expectations, technical requirements, and law.
Account and gameplay data may remain while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Support data remains while resolving a request and for reasonable quality, security, and legal periods. Transaction and tax records remain as legally required. Consent and request records may remain as compliance evidence. Security and diagnostic records generally have shorter operational periods unless needed for an investigation.
When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized, subject to backup cycles and lawful exceptions.
15Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls, data minimization, secure development, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, and provider contracts. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
We investigate personal-data breaches and notify affected individuals or authorities where legally required.
16Third-Party Services
Our Services may link to or integrate third-party websites, apps, stores, social networks, or services. Their own policies govern their independent practices. Review their privacy information before providing data or connecting an account.
17Automated Decision-Making
We may use automated tools for fraud, cheating, security, or advertising relevance. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects unless we provide required notice, safeguards, and rights.
18Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy for changes in Services, practices, providers, or law. We will post the revision and change the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice through the Service, website, email, or another appropriate method where required.
